Shipping & Returns

Shipping for most orders is $3.50. A few items will be more. We ship all over the world using the postal service. We have shipped to every continent except Antarctica! We have shipped to nearly every country in Europe including Russia. We have shipped to China, Japan, Chile and Brazil. We have shipped to North Cyprus, Namibia, Kazakhstan and the Canary Islands. Some places take longer for orders to get to but most customers receive their order in two weeks or less. With the postal service, there is no tracking number, however. If you feel you need a tracking number, we can ship via FedEx or UPS but this will be extra.

Returns:

If a Tom's Modelworks product you receive is defective, we will certainly replace it. Let us know if you have a defective part by emailing us at Tomsmodelworks@aol.coml. We'll send a new one. I may ask you for the old one back, but I'll pay the postage.

If you order the wrong parts, just return them unused for a refund or exchange.

I have been known to make the occasional mistake. If I send you the wrong parts, please let me know by email at Tomsmodelworks@aol.coml and I'll send you the correct set. I may ask you to send the incorrect one back, but I'll pay the postage.
